- General Conditions & Eligibility
- Age Limit: By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or browsing under parental guidance.
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, price, or service without prior notice.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- Product Information & Allergen Disclaimer
- Natural Variations: Our products (Dryfruit, Sprouted Ragi, and Sprouted Moong Laddus) are artisanal and freshly made. Variations in shape, color, or texture may occur.
- Allergen Warning: Our laddus are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and seeds. If you have severe food allergies, please read the ingredient labels carefully before consuming. We are not liable for allergic reactions.
- Shelf Life: Consumption instructions and shelf-life timelines are printed on the packaging. Khau Time is not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, or failure to refrigerate where specified).
- Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be detailed at the final checkout page.
- Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and approved digital wallets. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Perishable Goods: Because our laddus are fresh and perishable food items, we prioritize quick shipping.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and are visible at checkout.
- Address Accuracy: Khau Time is not responsible for failed deliveries or product spoilage resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
- Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, or before they are dispatched—whichever comes first.
- No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been shipped.
- Damaged/Wrong Orders: If you receive a damaged package or the wrong items, you must contact us at support@khautime.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Approved cases will receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
- Limitation of Liability
- KhauTime Foods, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our website or the consumption of our products contrary to the safety/storage guidelines provided.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on this website—including logos, product names (Dryfruit Laddu, Sprouted Ragi Laddu, Sprouted Moong Laddu), text, graphics, and images—is the intellectual property of Khau Time and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
