- Shipping Timelines & Charges
- Processing Time: All laddus are freshly packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery Duration:
- Local (Pune): 1–2 business days.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and parcel weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a specific cart value, as highlighted on our website header.
- Delivery Guidelines
- Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp/SMS once the order is shipped.
- Unattended Deliveries: If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, locked gate, or refused delivery, Khau Time cannot offer a refund or replacement due to the perishable nature of the laddus.
- Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- Once the order moves to the “Dispatched” status, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Returns & Refunds
- No Returns: To maintain food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on food products.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your package is torn, damaged, or you received the wrong type of laddu, please take a photo immediately.
- Claim Window: Email the photos and order ID to support@khautime.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: Approved claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
